Moorooduc Estate Chardonnay 2022
Established in 1982 by Richard and Jill McIntyre, Moorooduc Estate was one of the early pioneers of the Mornington Peninsula. 100% Chardonnay predominantly from the McIntyre Vineyard with a small portion from the Robinson Vineyard. Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, followed by wild-yeast ferment in French oak barriques (25% new) and natural malolactic. Matured on lees in barrel for 10 months.
